Social Media Intern: Video and Content Production
Platforms of Focus: TikTok, YouTube, Reels
Join the remote creative team at Brit + Co and learn the ins and outs of producing social media for a leading women's lifestyle brand. In this role, you’ll get hands-on experience with content creation, scheduling, and posting to an engaged audience of millions of creative women.
Weekly Tasks:
- Work closely with our social media and editorial team to help schedule daily content
- Produce and edit content for Brit + Co’s TikTok, Instagram, and Youtube channels
- Identify and share emerging social video trends each week
- Assist in reporting on top-performing content
The Ideal Candidate Has:
- Video editing chops and can shoot and edit footage comfortably, as well as natively in-app
- Enthusiasm for our core areas of focus: food, home, fashion, entertainment, and DIY
- Experience creating content for TikTok on either a brand or personal channel
- Familiarity with editing apps and templates, like CapCut
- Confidence to bring new ideas to the team and work in a highly collaborative, remote environment
This role is remote and open to college students and recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in social media. Hours are flexible based on class schedule, part-time to full-time available. Paid opportunity with hourly rate: $15/hour. Social Media Copy Intern
Platforms of Focus: Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Threads
Join the remote creative team at Brit + Co and learn the ins and outs of producing social media for a leading women's lifestyle brand. In this role, you’ll get hands-on experience with content creation, scheduling, and posting to an engaged audience of millions of creative women.
Weekly Tasks:
- Work closely with our social media and editorial team to help schedule daily content
- Learn how to create and optimize content for success across key social channels
- Infuse your personality and sense of humor into social caption copy and replies to comments and DMs
- Keep a pulse on fun and exciting social trends
- Help source user-generated content that will inspire our audience
- Attend weekly creative team meetings and brainstorms
The Ideal Candidate Has:
- Enthusiasm for our core areas of focus: food, home, fashion, entertainment, and DIY
- Experience in social media for brand or personal channel
- Eagerness to try and test new ideas and strategies and continue to learn as platforms evolve
- Confidence to bring new ideas to the team and work in a highly collaborative, remote environment
